Is there any license agreement that is passed on when using Evince? If yes, can I get a copy of the agreement?

I have a PDF that will view fine in evince 2.24.2, but it will not print. Would you like me to send it to (one of) you? Or is there a place I could upload it? It's 3 US Letter pages, and 270KB in size.
Hello,I instaled Windows vision of Evince 2.28 because I thought it is DVI PS and PDF viewer in one, but it seems Evince does not support DVI and PS files. Is it bug or Windows version is just PDF viewer?s pozdravem
I'd like to suggest a feature. Would it be possible to have a command line option to open a file in a specific page number (absolute based, not label based)? If somebody guides me on what to do I'll be happy to implement the feature.
  Hello. The problem is text in scanned PDF files looks very bad, especially in low resolution scans, but DJVU files are much better, since post-processing (smoothing etc) used to display them. Any possibility to enable smoothing for PDFs ?
Do you have a roadmap for functions like highlighting, underlining and annotations in upcoming versions of Evince?
